Full Job Description

  • Strategic Leadership: You will be leading the end-to-end Product Management of key global products. This role will be responsible for the formulation and execution of global product strategies for fraud and identity solutions, ensuring alignment with TransUnion's overall business objectives
  • Delivering Robust Products to the regions: Work closely with regional Fraud teams, Product Enablement, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure coherent product strategies and effective go-to-market plans for new products rolled out as part of Fraud Global Product. This includes global products like TruValidate Email and Phone Verification, PEP/ AML, Geo-location, Global Connect and other new services we will launch
  • Creating product requirements: Provide business and technical requirements for the above products including persona creation as inputs to Global Technology, aligning product features and benefits with specific customer profiles and regional asks. This will ensure products meet market/ customer needs and have a strong product-market fit
  • Regional Coordination on Global Product Strategy: Coordinate with all the regions to ensure that the regional Fraud roadmap is aligned to the global product strategy across localization of global products and market-specific products to ensure consistent Fraud portfolio across our markets
  • Profitability & Relevance: Partner closely with the regions and provide support to them to ensure that global products launched are not only innovative and top-of-the-market but also contribute significantly to the company's profitability and market relevance.
  • Market Analysis & Fit: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the fraud and identity sector. Develop products that cater to these market dynamics.
  • Customer-First Focus: Prioritize customer needs and feedback in the product development process. Develop and implement strategies to ensure your product(s) solve real customer problems and enhance their experience.

    Track record years of experience in product management, preferably in the fraud and identity solutions domain
  • Strong knowledge of TransUnion solutions and competitive positioning
  • Given the diversity of markets and solutions, and the high dependence on impact and influence to get things done, this role requires an individual who demonstrates high intellectual agility, strategic thinking, partnership and bias to action, with strong experience across several of the key markets we serve
  • Be solutions-oriented and not afraid to get your 'hands-dirty' in the execution activities while simultaneously being responsible for developing robust strategy and long term growth plans;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing globally successful products
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively in a matrix organization.
