Full Job Description

The principal speech and language therapist has oversight of the ENT/Voice SLT service and is responsible for its clinical governance. You will have expert knowledge and skills in communication, swallowing and airway disorders as a result of benign voice disorders and their surgical and non-surgical management. They work within the ENT MDT across outpatient and clinic settings, including joint clinics with ENT.

Whilst you will be part of a small specialist team working within the ENT MDT, you will also be part of a wider community of Speech and Language Therapists at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust, where we provide adult inpatient and outpatient services., We are dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusivity within our workforce and warmly welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, with a particular emphasis on encouraging those from disabled, Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities, as well as candidates from our local area.
