As a strong people leader with teams across the UK and internationally, youll travel to customer sites and regularly work onsite at our Lincoln office. Some teams work solely onsite in secure environments and your presence will be a key part of keeping them motivated and inspired. However, we do offer flexible working and supportive policies. How youll support us As we develop the technological solutions for our client proposals, you'll play a crucial role as a thought leader. This will mean taking a concept from detailed analysis of technical requirements, defining work breakdown structures, methods of production and respective resources, to ongoing support throughout deployment and project supportto assist these design tasks. To assist theseresponsibilities, you will make use of your Model Based Systems Engineering (UML/SysML/Archimate) expertise. • Requirements Management (DOORS/Enterprise Architect etc.)

• Systems Modelling (UML/SysML)
• Coding experience (JavaScript or MATLAB/Simulink)
• Previous ex-Military experience with EW systems (operator, maintenance, support, or acquisition).
