Full Job Description

The Prime Video Subscriptions team builds the robust E-commerce platform to propel the growth of Primevideo subscriptions WW serving multiple foundational units. We obsess over building scalable tech capabilities to enable us to acquire, engage, and retain customers across the world. Our mission is to ensure every internet-connected customer in the world can enjoy Prime Video., We're looking for a seasoned Principal Technical Program Manager to drive execution of our Prime Video Subscriptions roadmap to acquire and delight our customers on multiple cross-geographic strategic initiatives., This role requires a high degree of executive maturity, a proven track record of delivering results, comfort with ambiguity, a strong ability to exert cross-org influence and a willingness to dive deep into technical details. This Principal TPM will interface directly with a dedicated set of Product Managers, Engineers and Designers, but will also work closely with cross-functional leaders across Amazon. As a Principal TPM on the Prime Video India team, you will have the opportunity to be a key contributor to all aspects of the product lifecycle, interfacing and influencing stakeholders from other orgs, to roadmap planning, tech designs/scoping, and execution/delivery. If you are hungry to work on projects that directly impact the end-user experience, but also require driving complex cross functional projects across verticals, you've found the right home.

Experience in technical product or program management
- Experience in software development
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience in architectural design or system design independent of an architect
- Experience in technical program management
- Experience working directly with engineering teams
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in hands-on work managing complex technology projects
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
