Full Job Description

  • Work in a small team to maintain efficient operation of the Screen Print room.
  • Safely & efficiently operate all Screen Print room equipment to maintain required stock level of screens to high level of quality.
  • Carry out own quality control to ensure high level of Print Screen quality into production
  • Maintain stock levels of Print Screen room materials as well as all other department consumables to ensure 24 / 7 operation.
  • Process orders in SAP system.
  • Monitoring and control quality in print department: call backs, NF bays.
  • Liaise with artworks and external designers to ensure the transparencies meet the customer standards and requirements. Artwork control.

    Knowledge of SAP, APS and Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe illustrator (desired)
  • Ability to work to drawing Specs, attention to detail and Personal drive
  • Understanding of terminology relating to, Print defects, printing process and container defects
  • Good communication skills and customer focus
  • Mistake proofing & Continuous improvement

  • Salary Minimum £29,918 - £36,131 Maximum per annum (Grade 5 + CH Allowance)
