As we accelerate the transformation of our business to suit the changing needs of our customer, we need results-orientated colleagues that not only have a passion for our product, but a strong team working ethos, creativity and a healthy commercial aim to join us on our journey., We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised print design assistant to join our Sleepwear and Lingerie Team. You will be part of a function that is responsible for delivering outstanding print design across our lingerie and sleepwear department. This is a supportive role, with the opportunity to learn about all aspects of the print process and be part of a dynamic team, in a fantastic working environment. A keen eye for emerging print trend and researching inspirational imagery is key. To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.   • Support the Print Designers with the co-ordination of day-to-day activities
  • Support in producing 'tech pack ready' artwork to send to sourcing offices via PLM
  • Utilise CLO as a tool to ensure print scales are correct in spec
  • Assist in creating design boards, design publications and design presentations
  • Assist with seasonal research and shop reports

    Experience in CAD software, including Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign
  • Experience in IT software, including Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook and Miro
  • Organised and multi-task orientated, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of, or strong desire to learn about all aspects of a print department and process
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Have a good knowledge of M&S high street competitors and aspirational brands
