Location: Sandwell, West Bromwich

Working Hours: Full time, 37 hours

Salary: £23,088 - £23,447 per annum (Grade B)

Print Unit Technician

Sandwell College is seeking a dedicated and experienced Print Unit Technician to join our dynamic team on a permanent, full-time. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to support our growing print services department.

Responsibilities

As a Print Unit Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of printing equipment, ensuring high-quality output for all college print jobs. You will work closely with academic and administrative staff to meet their printing needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all print projects are completed efficiently and on time.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and dealing with the operations of high volume (production) photocopiers is essential. Strong technical knowledge of print machinery and an eye for detail are also required, a qualification in ICT is desirable.
