PrintCity Student Support

The current opportunity is available for current Manchester Met students, to apply you must be based in the UK for the duration of the role.
There is an opportunity to support the Technical Team with first line repair and basic maintenance on the Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) 3D printers at Print City.
Working dates: Mid-September to early October (x3 week placement).
Hours of Work: 16 hours per week (working hours per week to be arranged with hiring manager).
Details of briefing/training: All training to be provided.

Person Specification

This role is only open to current Manchester Met Students who meet the following requirements -

• To support the Technical Team with first line repair and basic maintenance on the Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) 3D printers.


• Maintain the FFF 3D printers, unblocking print cores and providing basic maintenance tasks.


• Provide first line repairs to the FFF 3D printers.
