• Assist solicitors in managing a broad range of private client matters, including wills, probate, and estate administration.


• Draft and prepare legal documents such as wills, lasting powers of attorney, and trust documents.


• Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties, ensuring clear and professional communication.


• Conduct legal research and provide administrative support on complex private client cases.


• Assist in preparing for meetings, attending client meetings when necessary, and taking notes.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.


• Support the team in handling probate applications and estate planning matters.
  
  Experience: Prior experience as a Paralegal, particularly within a Private Client team.


• Knowledge: Understanding of wills, probate, estate planning, and related areas of law.


• Skills: Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a busy caseload.


• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
