This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with experience in private client matters to work alongside experienced solicitors, supporting them in handling wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts.,
- Assist solicitors in managing a broad range of private client matters, including wills, probate, and estate administration.
- Draft and prepare legal documents such as wills, lasting powers of attorney, and trust documents.
- Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Conduct legal research and provide administrative support on complex private client cases.
- Assist in preparing for meetings, attending client meetings when necessary, and taking notes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support the team in handling probate applications and estate planning matters.
Experience: Prior experience as a Paralegal, particularly within a Private Client team. - Knowledge: Understanding of wills, probate, estate planning, and related areas of law.
- Skills: Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a busy caseload.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
