Full Job Description

  • Deliver The Macallan UK PCRM P&L, a new commercial function for the UK business, with sales made up principally of Prestige products.
  • Ensuring that the maximum number of product sales are to known consumers, working with the Global BU's and the consumer databases to ensure the right consumers are being targeted and we are gaining more data depth on consumers.
  • Influencing global and UK allocation management of scarce ultra-prestige products through successful delivery to known consumers.
  • Engaging directly with our highest value consumers with the aim of strengthening the relationship to build an exceptional brand experience, carefully navigating this whilst also delivering on internal commercial targets.
  • Helping to create a high performing PCRM team which is the envy of the Luxury industry. Delivering the best possible experience for the UHNW consumer, showcasing your work internally to drive best practise.
  • Developing a world-class luxury PCRM network in the UK that builds the brand's relationships with an exclusive group of private clients - the prioritised segments of our High Value Consumer group.

    The required candidate will come armed with in-depth knowledge of how to deliver exceptional brand experiences to HNWI clients, paired with strong capability in commercial performance delivery. Able to draw from your established client relationships, you will deliver commercial goals whilst delivering the best possible brand experience for your clients. You will be continually seeking out new prospects, being present in the right places in the right way, and use the brand database to identify behavioural insights that drive effective & efficient actions.
  • You must exude a Luxury mindset and Luxury behaviours. Always curious to discover how other Luxury brands are innovating and evolving the VIP experience, you continually seek ways to create an even better experience for UHNW consumers. You are skilled at inspiring and influencing internal colleagues to get the required resources, and consumers to close the sale whilst increasing engagement and lifetime value.

  • Salary £49,200 - £61,500 per annum
