  • Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, ensuring high standards of client service and professionalism.
  • Provide expert advice on estate planning, wills, trusts, and tax matters.
  • Draft and review complex legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Handle probate and estate administration with attention to detail and sensitivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the private client team.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in legislation and best practices in private client law.

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Private Client Solicitor with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join a thriving team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing a broad range of private client matters, including estate planning, wills and probate, trusts, and tax advice., Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in private client law.
  • Demonstrable experience in handling complex private client matters, including high-net-worth individuals.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate.
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proactive, with a strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
