The Role: As a Private Family Law Solicitor with 3+ years PQE, you will handle a diverse caseload encompassing a broad range of family law matters. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex cases and provide high-quality legal services to a varied client base. - Manage a diverse caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and child arrangements.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring the highest standards of client care and professionalism.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, affidavits, and settlement agreements.
- Negotiate and mediate settlements to resolve disputes amicably where possible.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in family law and contribute to the firm's knowledge sharing and professional development initiatives.
Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in private family law. - Proven experience handling complex family law cases and a strong understanding of relevant legislation and legal procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
