Full Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced host to support our Private Members Club to join us; could it be you? What You'll Be Doing:

  • You'll delight the guests and members of our Private Members Club.
  • You'll have a strong knowledge of our seasonal menus and wine lists to share with our guests to elevate their experience.
  • You'll work closely with the team to create a professional, welcoming environment for our guests to enjoy.
  • As a Private Members Club Host, your shifts will predominantly be Monday to Friday daytimes.

In the heart of historic Westminster you'll find Old Queen Street Cafe; a newly launched British brasserie with delectable food in a relaxed and warm environment. In close proximity to Parliament, Old Queen Street Café is a place to debate the news of the day. The setting is a beautiful town house boasting a 50-cover restaurant, a bustling events space and private members' club.
  • Lantana leads the creation and operational delivery of this one-of-kind customer experience on behalf of our client, political and cultural magazine Unherd.

  • Developing your skills for whatever your future career might be; with us or elsewhere
  • Serving team meals that are always from the menu
  • An extra day off on your birthday (or the day after….)!
  • Providing an annual CODE app subscription
  • Giving 50% discount in any of our restaurants
  • Enrolling you onto the Hospitality Action Support Group
  • Celebrating with you at team parties at least twice a year
  • You must have proof of right to work in the UK to join us. Lantana is proud to be a London business and wishes to support the communities that it operates in. It will do this by giving priority to those that live within London or Greater London, which will also have additional environmental benefits.
