• Data/Communication/Metrics: Taking responsibility and keeping up to date with regulations, guidelines and processes to ensure that patient safety is at the heart of everything you do. Promoting trust, inclusiveness and wellbeing at all times.


• Accountabilities: Providing outstanding customer service and support to candidates and other team members across the business.
  
  Have experience within a recruitment based position


• Demonstrate effective and professional communication skills


• Be able to use their own initiative to plan time effectively and prioritise all incoming work on a daily basis


• Be positive and pro-active to provide an outstanding customer service experience
