As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in maximizing profitability by eliminating waste in the production process and ensuring successful delivery of New Product Introductions (NPI) to agreed cost, quality, and timing. You'll apply your expertise in polymer processing and Lean Manufacturing to drive continuous improvement across the production line.,

• Maximize profitability by eliminating waste in the production process.
• Deliver New Product Introductions (NPI) in line with cost, quality, and timing objectives.
• Utilize statistical analysis and simulation software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, NWA, MATLAB, Sci-Lab) to optimize processes.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement tools to enhance efficiency.
  
  Strong knowledge of polymer processing and manufacturing.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and simulation software.

Our client is looking to appoint a Process Engineer at their site in Croydon.
  
  Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, based on experience.
