Full Job Description

  • Input into the design, delivery and embedding of the Process Improvement Framework
  • Leading strategy, process and journey reviews using various tools & methodologies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Using various data and data minding tools to identify process adherence levels, inefficiencies, leakage, control failures, root cause and other areas of focus
  • Documenting agreed actions and improvement measures, owning and driving delivery of improvements, assessing impact and providing regular reporting
  • Inputting and delivering internal upskilling training to the team and ongoing support as needed
  • Working closely with other change teams across the function and business to champion collaboration, engagement and alignment

    Strong experience of process improvement and strategic change delivery, with operation process experience ideally gained within insurance, financial services or energy
  • Solid understanding of risk, control and assurance
  • Good understanding of commercial objectives
