Full Job Description

Are you ready to help shape the way we do Finance? We're looking for a passionate and innovative Process Improvement Lead to join our dynamic team and drive significant efficiency and control improvements across all areas of finance.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our finance blueprint, working closely with key stakeholders across Finance, Technology, Marketing, and People & Organisation. Your mission? To identify and deliver sustainable, repeatable, and reliable financial processes that meet our current and future business needs. You'll be the go-to expert, acting as a trusted advisor and building positive relationships with stakeholders to understand their day-to-day operations and champion process standardisation.

Imagine designing high-level finance processes, and understanding key systems, data flows, and accounting flows. You'll work closely with our Finance Solutions team to define requirements and process designs, ensuring that every change is both efficient and risk aware. Your role will be crucial in advocating for citizen development, supporting the development of process documentation, and ensuring cross-functional process effectiveness.

Your logical and critical thinking skills will shine as you identify and deliver successful process improvements. You'll be a problem solver, embracing innovation and thinking differently to drive change. With your strong communication and presentation skills, you'll influence and resolve conflicts, ensuring that our finance processes are always ahead of the curve.

We're looking for someone with a proactive attitude towards learning and applying professional skills and knowledge. You should be a qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or equivalent, with detailed knowledge of finance processes, associated controls, and risk. Your ability to build relationships at all levels and work as part of a team will be key to your success.

If you're ready to take on this exciting challenge and guide our finance process improvements to new heights, we want to hear from you. Join us and be a part of a team that's shaping the future of finance. Apply now and let's make great things happen together!

Up to £60,000 (depending on experience) + bonus and benefits

We offer two bonuses (personal performance paid quarterly and company performance paid annually) with private healthcare and dental cover and a generous pension scheme.
