Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity within our Performance & Business Improvement team as a Process & Systems Analyst.

Reporting to our Data Lead our Process & Systems Analyst will ensure that business processes are effectively reviewed, analysed, and improved whilst working collaboratively with leaders and colleagues in the delivery of the function and help embed a culture of continuous improvement and skills across the business.

What will you be doing:

Reviewing and analysing existing business processes: This involves making sure current processes are embedded and followed by the business, and compliance to the process is ensured by all users of the process.

Mapping how data flows through our business processes.

Ensuring that process changes are implemented with minimal disruption to operations and that they align with organisational goals.

Woking with the data governance team to identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks in current processes and developing strategies for improvement.

Monitoring and controlling process performance metrics, keeping track of process performance and making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency.

Co-ordinating training and guidance to staff on current and new processes and ensuring they understand and follow the new guidelines.

Promoting new innovative ways of working and facilitate on-going and constructive change.

Good general standard of education with minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent at Grade C or above including Maths and English

Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues or concerns that arise during the change process.

Be able to define and maps processes around the business so knowledge does not leave the business

Ability to assess the impact of changes, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies

Ability to understand business processes and interpret customer requirements

Understanding of process management principles, methodologies, and tools to effectively manage current processes and implement organisational changes. (Desirable)
