Process Leader

As a Process Leader, you will help manage production processes and production staff in order to meet safety, quality, productivity, training and cost targets set by the company.,

• Organising and motivating production staff to meet KPI targets.


• Having responsibility for ensuring new staff are trained and developed appropriately and in a timely manner.


• Achieving agreed quality standards and ensuring products are consistently meeting specifications.


• Offering insight and experience to help with continuous improvement of processes.


• Ensuring KPI data is up to date and reported to management.


• Escalating any issue or potential issues to production management and planners.
  
  Experience of working within a fast-paced production environment.


• Excellent communication ability alongside strong literacy and numeracy skills.


• Self-motivated with a positive working attitude.


• A practical approach to problem solving.


• A reliable team player who is approachable for other members of staff.
