Full Job Description

  • Supervising duties within the department, including managing all FLT hourly heads and data analysts within the departments
  • Ensure body prep area has constant feed of fresh bodies and ageing bodies are repairs are processed in the correct order
  • Maintain min / max levels for consumables used within the paint shop, including ordering of consumables from IESA to replenish the paint shop stores
  • Ensure processes are followed within the department and lead any problem-solving activities (8D, 5F, CCAR Boards)
  • Provide assistance with all internal and external audits and closing out of any issues highlighted during them

    People management experience
  • Adopt and promote a continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience with Metric delivery and KPIs
  • Ability to form working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Can create a supportive working climate in which dignity at work, respect and trust are an integral part of working together
