Full Job Description

  • Creating and updating process documentation for existing processes, including standard operating procedures and process maps, as well as updating the process register
  • Liaising and collaborating with other teams and business areas for process management reviews, coordinating review meetings as necessary
  • Undertaking process control reviews, testing control effectiveness and evidence and supporting action plans for control strengthening requirements within the business
  • Supporting with process improvement initiatives across the function, working with our Process Improvement Leads to capture requirements, data and solutions and delivering revised process documentation
  • Coordinating and attending process improvement workshops to support facilitation, capturing actions and notes and circulating to attendees with delivery plans
  • Enhancing the process metadata information for effective, smart use that provides a joined up view of processes and journeys

    Operational process experience - ideally gained from within insurance, financial services or utilities/energy
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisations skills and the ability to apply critical thinking to situations and challenges
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage with leaders at all levels
