Full Job Description

Our Buying & Merchandising team are now looking for a Process Manager to join them on a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months., We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Buying & Merchandising Process Manager to join our team in Hammersmith. This pivotal role supports the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) replacement programme, ensuring the implementation of best practices and standard SAP solutions to meet our business and operational requirements. You will work closely with the Workstream Lead and a broad group of stakeholders to drive the vision of the programme and set future retail standards across the organisation.

In this role you will also be responsible for:

  • Requirement Analysis - collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business processes.

  • Design and Configuration - supporting the design phase by aligning system configuration with business needs and ensuring seamless integration with technical teams.

  • Testing and Quality Assurance - assisting with creating and executing test plans to validate system functionality, collaborating with Quality Assurance teams to resolve issues.

  • Adherence to Standards - promoting ERP best practices and standards, providing guidance on standardisation tailored to specific business needs.

  • Stakeholder Management - leading stakeholder engagement and communicate progress, challenges, and resolutions to ensure alignment.

  • Risk Management - identifying potential risks and issues within the workstream, developing mitigation strategies and addressing challenges proactively.

    You will be an exceptional individual with proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and facilitating workshops to map and document complex processes. You'll also possess incredible attention to detail and organisational skills, ensuring meticulous management of every aspect of the project. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you will be responsible for articulating requirements and updates clearly and effectively to various stakeholders. Additionally, the ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines is crucial, demonstrating your capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
