Full Job Description

This is an exciting time of growth for us, and we are hiring a Process Optimisation Manager to help us continue this success. Reporting to the Head of Operational Excellence, you ll facilitate cross-functional team in analysing processes, identifying inefficiencies and developing solutions, using Lean Six Sigma principles and tools to drive improvements. You will also: - Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement, integrate initiatives with risk management strategies and analyse data to measure the effectiveness of implemented changes. - Develop and implement strategies to ensure the smooth adoption of new processes and minimise disruption during transition. - Redesign processes, proposing and implementing solutions that align with business goals and customer needs. - Evaluate automation opportunities, leveraging technology solutions to streamline processes and monitoring the effectiveness of any tools. - Drive a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging individuals to spot trends and improvements. - Work collaboratively with the wider Operational Excellence and Customer and Partner experience teams., All postholders will be subject to appropriate pre-employment vetting procedures and a satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check prior to appointment.

To be successful as our Process Optimisation Manager you will already have experience in process optimisation, operations or business management, with a proven track record of successfully implementing Lean Six Sigma projects. - You ll be familiar with Total Quality Management process evaluation techniques. - You re able to work collaboratively and manage cross functional project teams. - You have effective project management skills and experience in leading process optimisation projects. - You can work effectively at all levels, adapting your communication style to your audience. - You are able to analyse data and draw insights from it. It would be ideal if you hold a Six Sigma certification.
