Full Job Description

We have a great opportunity in the Beddington CR0 4TH for a Process Technician to operate on our Waste Treatment sites.

What you'll be doing as a Process Technician

- Operate Plant and Equipment: Ensure efficient operation of machinery.
- Maintenance and Fault-Finding: Perform cleaning, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting issues.
- Data Monitoring and Reporting: Collect and report data for regulatory compliance.
- Maintenance Support: If qualified, perform planned equipment maintenance.
- Health and Safety: Take ownership of your own and colleagues' health and safety by escalating any concerns to your manager or resolving them yourself where possible and appropriate.

Working Pattern or hours: 38 Hours per week Monday-Friday from 7:30 am to 3:35 pm. Plus the inclusion onto a standby rota for which you will receive additional payment.

What you should bring to the role

This role is ideal for individuals with a proactive mindset who are ready to take on a variety of tasks and responsibilities in a dynamic industrial setting.

Having previous operative experience would be beneficial but is not essential - we welcome people who are keen to learn.
- Having some computer data input /enquiry experience is desirable but not essential. The ability to operate modern technology as work will be scheduled through this system.
- Be a team player and must be passionate about your personal development.
- Keen to learn a new industry.
- Health and safety focused.

Offering between £24,800 to £29,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.
- Full training package provided.
- 24 days holiday per year increasing to 28 with the length of service. (Plus bank holidays)
