• Manage and resolve customer claims with professionalism and fairness
• Investigate claims thoroughly and determine the appropriate course of action
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Analyze claim trends and identify opportunities for process improvement
  
  Speak and write Greek (B2+) AND English (B2+) fluently
• Relevant experience in Procure to Pay is a big plus
• Have strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Are able to multitask effectively and prioritize workload in a fast-pace environment
• Have excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Are experienced in relevant software systems (e.g. SAP, Claims management software)
