Full Job Description

  • Colleague Networks - internal groups where colleagues and their allies can share their own experiences, offer feedback on the way we do things at Greggs, and provide support to one another, Support grade role, As a Procurement Administrator, you'll be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Assist with day-to-day Procurement administration and compliance matters, working closely with both internal colleagues and Suppliers

  • Be responsible for the day-to day administration of several Procurement systems and processes

  • Provide advice and guidance to colleagues on Procurement related systems, data and processes

  • Maintain operational process documentation

  • Gather and prepare a range of data to prepare relevant documentation

  • As a Team player ensure that skills and processes are shared

  • Be responsible for the completion of data set up

  • Engage and communicate with Suppliers on a range of topics

  • Support any other ad-hoc/ operational duties/ projects as and when required

    High level of accuracy with a strong attention to detail

  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Ability to communicate and influence cross functionally

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong IT literacy skills across all Microsoft packages - intermediate level minimum

  • Results driven

  • Strong planning, organising and problem-solving skills

  • Time management

  • Self-motivated with ability to work under pressure and using own initiative

  • Prior knowledge or experience in any of the following areas:

  • + Import/Export processes
    + P2P
    + Source to Contract
    + Supplier Management
    + Supplier Risk Management

    We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Administrator to join our Procurement Policy and Process team on a full/part time permanent basis. The successful applicant will be expected to work closely with both internal and external stake holders, providing a range of professional administrative and analytical services to a consistently high standard.
