We have a great opportunity for someone looking to pursue a career in procurement and work for a highly talent group procurement team as a Procurement Administrator. The role will be responsible to help the business articulate their long-term supplier strategy. Ensure procurement activities adhere to relevant laws and regulations. They will also support the business with contractual and commercial input by supporting all requests for Purchasing management process. In addition to this they will commercially collaborate across all our business departments for Supplier Management within the Procurement Policy and Guidelines as well deal with all IT equipment purchases both hardware and software and travel management.   • Management of Purchase orders via Workday
  • Approvals of IT Hardware/Software/ Peripheral requests via Service Now.
  • Management of the travel system to support travel across all D&G entities.
  • Decision making on when to escalate issues to Senior Management.
  • Process improvements within procurement and administrative functions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
  • Create and maintain reports to communicate spend to match to budgets.

    High attention to deal and capable of managing document sign off management tools
  • Software licence management and testing environments
  • Good understanding of IT Technology terminology e.g. IT SAAS
  • Project Management including, Policy and Procedure documentation, testing and implementation and BAU support.
  • In-depth knowledge of Travel Management and Customer Service
  • Ability to analyse data.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office tools and other work technologies.
