Full Job Description
- This is an excitingopportunity to join the Procurement team, supporting the Head of OperationalExcellence, in building and leading the Procurement team data and analytics,aligned to the overall Procurement strategy.
- The Procurement analyst will workacross multiple data sets and has the opportunity to provide value added datainsights to enable informed and data driven decision making.
- Furthermore, theywill develop and maintain our reporting tools, data products and platforms aswell the Procurement documentation, guidance, and communications.
- This role offers acareer pathway for somebody to develop further skills, knowledge, andbehaviours within Procurement to work towards a senior level role in thefunction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach and the ability to develop positive working relationships both internally and externally - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail with the ability to implement digital driven improvements
- Advanced user of data visualisation tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau, with evidence ability to turn data insights into clear messages, objectives, and actions
- High level of self-motivation and tenacity to drive and deliver results to get a job done
- A good level of business and financial acumen in order to analyse and present data
- Comfortable working in a complex and changing organization
- Project Management experience would be desirable
- Willingness to learn, self-develop and work towards a CIPS (Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply) qualification / s Works with integrity, role modelling thebehaviours aligned to being an inclusive workplace
