Procurement Analyst Intern

Yunex Traffic is looking for aspiring undergraduates to join our UK Procurement team on a 12-month internship contract as part of our Intern Development Programme. Yunex Traffic designs, markets, manufactures, installs, and maintains a wide portfolio of international traffic management products and is the UK market leader in the traffic signal business. This includes intersection and pedestrian traffic controllers, intelligent urban traffic control systems, variable message signs, public transport, and car park guidance systems to enhance road safety and improve traffic flow in congested urban and inter-urban areas. The challenge Part of being a #TrafficTransformer intern at Yunex Traffic means you'll gain practical experience working on real projects in a leading, global intelligent traffic systems company. You'll bring fresh perspective to what we do, helping us to achieve our goals. Here is a taste of what you can expect from this internship:

• KPI reports (On Time Delivery - both factory and field services, Savings, Rejects).
• Framework orders - dashboard & chasing people for action.
• Supplying reports on local spend for tendering team - to help with bids.
• Cashflow optimisation report - where we track how long it takes us to make a payment to the vendor against the actual payment terms.
• Onboarding suppliers, Master data updates.
• Running subcontractor's spend data.
• Regularly reviewing invoices.
• Resolving issues around overdue invoices.
• Obtaining quotes & lead times.
• Help maintain and achieve our Procurement sustainability targets.
• Credit application forms when required by suppliers., Availability to start the 12-month internship on a full-time basis from September 2025
• You have the right to work in the UK for the duration of the internship
• Confirmation that you intend to remain in the UK for the duration of the internship and will be available to work in the relevant Yunex Traffic office for a minimum of 3 days per week
• Confirmation that the internship forms part of a formal university placement year

• Is unrelated to a university formal industrial placement year
OR
• You are subject to reduced working hours restrictions during "term time" along with details of dates where restriction apply
• Whether you have any deadlines to confirm your internship or placement year
