Apply now for the position of Procurement Assistant, and you will support the purchasing of materials to ensure cost-efficient and on-time supply of materials according to demand and taking into account compliance.
This role is based in our Llanberis facility, the Centre of Excellence for IMMULITE manufacturing, on a hybrid basis.
Your Role:
Key aspects of the buyer role within the Operational Procurement team at the Llanberis facility:
You will provide support in the supplier management process.
You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure Operational Procurement records and procedures are maintianed. Utilise digitisation opportunities as a key part of the streamlining of processes.
You will support in resolving invoice queries.
You will identify opportunities for process and system development, to help the department to meet the changing needs of the organisation.
You will ensure close co-operation with internal Customers at all levels, developing and building a good working relationship based on collaboration and trust.Your Expertise
Minimum of 1 years buying procurement/supply chain experience.
Knowledge of ERP systems, e.g. SAP.
Proven problem-solving skills and solution orientation.
Strong team player with proven experience of working in an international team.
Excellent communication skills, in the areas of reporting and supporting decision-making.
Good business applications skills - Microsoft excel, Power Point. Power BI is an advantage.
Able to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into processes and tools.Our Benefits
