Full Job Description

As the Procurement Centre of Excellence Manager, you'll lead and drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation across our Source to Pay (S2P) processes. Your role is pivotal in supporting our procurement transformation program, enhancing user experience, and delivering better value., Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement:
- Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement programs, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency enhancement across the business.
- Support the transformation program, embedding new ways of working.
- Collaborate with category managers to gather supply market intelligence for category strategies and supplier relationship management.
- Develop and manage training programs, policies, and guides to drive user adoption across S2P processes.
- Facilitate training administration and onboarding for new employees.
- Own team capability building and skills assessment processes.
- Lead, coach, and develop the buying team, fostering trusted advisor status.
- Collaborate with the Category Managers and Leads to develop a supplier relationship management process.
- Drive data analytics activities, ensuring compliance with contracts and category management.
- Maintain data accuracy and reporting, including tracking value delivered and pipeline.

- Proven experience in driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and process optimisation.
- Deep understanding of downstream (P2P) processes and ways to improve KPIs.
- Proficient data analytical skills (ideally advanced Excel capability and Power BI).
- Previous experience supporting S2P tool implementation and ongoing adoption.
- Good grasp of category management and leading practice sourcing processes and governance.
- Exposure to supplier relationship management is advantageous.
