Full Job Description
- To abide by & promote health & safety, ensuring all approved policies & processes are followed by both direct and subcontract employees.
- To abide by all QMS procedures and policies & promote improvements where possible.
- Manage all engineering. PPE and office stock, ensuring agreed safety stock levels are maintained.
- Conduct supplier onboarding as per company policy and process.
- Receive all requisitions and create PO'S as required. Work with the current supply base to find efficiency and savings, sourcing new suppliers as required.
- Receipt all stock and store to the correct location.
- Ensure all warranty claims are processed as per the warranty process.
- Booking of vehicle repairs and scheduled maintenance. Processing and storage of records.
- Booking of training courses. Upkeep of the training matrix and training records.
- Booking of plant and equipment inspection, calibration and maintenance. Processing and storage of all records.
- QHSE support as required across the group including internal inspections and audits.
- Weekly engineers' compliance checks.
- Record and report all accidents and incidents.
- Conduct weekly testing of fire alarms.
3 years in a similar field - MS office
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Must be able to self-motivated and make responsible decisions that the role may require.
- A positive attitude to work and problem solving to assist continued improvements in personnel attitude to representation of the Fire Shield brand.
- Team ethic being helpful and considerate to all members of staff and clients.
