Full Job Description

  • To abide by & promote health & safety, ensuring all approved policies & processes are followed by both direct and subcontract employees.


  • To abide by all QMS procedures and policies & promote improvements where possible.


  • Manage all engineering. PPE and office stock, ensuring agreed safety stock levels are maintained.


  • Conduct supplier onboarding as per company policy and process.


  • Receive all requisitions and create PO'S as required. Work with the current supply base to find efficiency and savings, sourcing new suppliers as required.


  • Receipt all stock and store to the correct location.


  • Ensure all warranty claims are processed as per the warranty process.


  • Booking of vehicle repairs and scheduled maintenance. Processing and storage of records.


  • Booking of training courses. Upkeep of the training matrix and training records.


  • Booking of plant and equipment inspection, calibration and maintenance. Processing and storage of all records.


  • QHSE support as required across the group including internal inspections and audits.


  • Weekly engineers' compliance checks.


  • Record and report all accidents and incidents.


  • Conduct weekly testing of fire alarms.

    3 years in a similar field


  • MINIMUM ADDITIONAL TRAINING
  • MS office


  • DESIRABLE ADDITIONAL TRAINING
  • IOSH Managing Safely


  • OTHER SKILLS / ATTITUDE
  • Must be able to self-motivated and make responsible decisions that the role may require.
