An exciting opportunity has emerged to join Moto, in the Procurement Team. We have a vacancy for a Procurement Manager. You will be part of a growing team reporting to the Head of Procurement working on a variety of things including ensuring the company acquires the necessary goods and services efficiently and cost-effectively, supporting the management of supplier relationships and mitigation of risk, as well as act as a consult for broader business procurement requirements. The role will primarily support indirect procurement across the business and ensure we have a strong, compliant, and effective procurement process embedded across the company. You will play a key role in embedding a culture of change into the business to influence teams to work in the right way.

Key Responsibilities
Support indirect procurement by conducting research to source the best products and suppliers in terms of value, delivery, and quality.
Run and support tenders, evaluate bids, and make recommendations.
Provide procurement support to negotiate and agree contracts, supporting internal teams to monitor the quality of service provided.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with teams who procure services or goods across the business, advise on best practice and governance regarding procurement activities.
Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers of indirect goods.
Work with all relevant stakeholders to roll out a procurement policy across the company.
Monitor renewal dates for key contracts using the contract management system (Comet) and liaise with internal stakeholders on support and resource needed.
Support business owners to build in SLA's, KPI's and Supplier Management principles to the contract and continuously manage these measures.
What we are looking for
Experience in procurement and purchasing within retail or multi-site operations.
Proven track record of managing and supporting procurement activities, including strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management.
Experience with or comfortable working in a standalone procurement role.
Proficient in running tenders, evaluating bids, and making recommendations.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Ability to monitor and track benefits in line with financial calendar.
Knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
Proactive problem-solving skills.
Personable approach when building and sustaining relationships, both internal and external
