Job Description Salary up to £65,000 depending on experience Location Charfield, Glouc. Hybrid working 3 days/week onsite. Procurement Manager will be accountable for the development of the procurement strategy and working practices to align with Renishaw Neuro Solutions strategic direction through engagement and collaboration with key stakeholders across all levels of the business. The Procurement Manager will ensure that the supply chain meets the business requirements demanded in all associated activities including, but not restricted to; quality, security, compliance and ethical values whilst ensuring that commercial/legal, and financial interests of the company are appropriately protected and all supply chain obligations are fulfilled. Areas of responsibility include multiple sites within Europe. Responsibilities Design and implement the organisations procurement strategy and associated processes Participate in all aspects of supply chain process including planning, sourcing, make/
buy decisions, delivery and operations. Manage risks in the supply chain, including geographic and current and predicted market conditions to ensure there is a healthy and robust eco-system to support programme and business deliverables. Implement appropriate contingency plans. Highlight and/or escalate, in a timely fashion, any supplier delinquency that affects the programme delivery schedule including provision of a risk review and mitigation plan. Determine and implement key supply chain functional objectives to monitor performance. Such objectives should be aligned to overall business objectives and improvement initiatives. Responsible for negotiation, implementation and management of procurement cycle, including pre-qualification, request for quote and contract implementation, management and close down. Perform regular supplier business reviews with a cross functional team to actively manage the eco-system and drive improvement activities. This review should also include any KPI

and other performance reviews appropriate. Implement, analyse and report supplier data and performance (KPIs) metrics as part of a supplier relationship management methodology defined in the working practices. Liaise with operations to ensure Inventory Management is supported. Requirements Experience of managing, driving, and developing supplier and stakeholder relationships within a complex technical/regulated environment. Able to demonstrate previous supervisory and leadership experience within a similar purchasing/procurement environment. Able to demonstrate a successful record in negotiation with suppliers to meet organisational targets. In depth understanding of the various approaches and strategies required to meet functional objectives. Able to demonstrate a high standard of ethics and integrity. Able to demonstrate proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office etc.) CIPS qualification or relevant STEM/Business Degree would be advantageous, but not essential. Excellent
