Full Job Description

Are you passionate about optimizing procurement processes and driving business value? We're looking for a dynamic Process and Policy Lead to take charge of our procurement systems, including Procure to Pay, Supplier On-boarding, and Contract Management databases.,

  • Provide a customer service approach as the initial point of contact for business and external stakeholders into the procurement function. Monitor and manage the Procurement mailbox to ensure timely and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Responsible for all transactional procurement including the firms supplier onboarding processes and completion of due diligence checks.

  • Develop and deliver firm-wide training and education, fostering a collaborative communication style with procurement and non-procurement users up to partner level.

  • Develop and manage procurement processes, policies and systems to ensure maximum efficiency and compliance.

  • Maintain, communicate, and continuously improve procurement policies and processes.

  • Guide and support procurement colleagues and internal stakeholders to maximize value.

  • Excels in stakeholder management up to Partner level.
