Full Job Description

  • Managing the delivery of improvement activities from concept to deployment
  • Leading workshops to identify and progress improvement activities
  • Acting as a business partner and mentor to the Submarine programmes to imbed and foster a culture of CI into the enterprise
  • Analysing processes and performance data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Act as a SC SME and point of contact on group led improvement activities

    Have strong analytical skills and be comfortable analysing data
  • Experience with Change Management
  • Be a good proactive, team player that can work independently and has strong communication skills, at different stakeholder levels
  • Lean Six Sigma qualification or willing to work towards
  • Experience in process mapping - familiar with tools and techniques
  • Be comfortable leading workshops
  • Supply chain experience (ideally end to end)

  • The Supply Chain Continuous Improvement team: As part of a small change team sitting within the Supply Chain central function, the candidate will get the opportunity to sharpen their skills and broaden their experience of a complex supply chain organisation.
