Full Job Description

Partner with the best You will support the Procurement Lead executing Procurement Priorities in line with business goals and initiatives controlling the whole supply cycle (request for quote, negotiation, PO placement and order fulfilment). As a Procurement Specialist (d/f/m) you will be responsible for:

  • Fulfilment, on time in full of PO's for assigned commodities to meet business and customer requirements
  • Co-ordinating all pre and post-production documentation requirements.
  • Managing effective working relationships with suppliers for on time in full PO execution.
  • Managing order progression working with Planning on any schedule changes to ensure on time delivery.
  • Achieve best cost and delivery for assigned order book
  • Ensure 100% accuracy of Procurement Inputs into ERP to allow accurate cross functional planning
  • Developing new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting.
  • Contributing to project as a team member or leads small projects

  • Strive to achieve continual improvement - analyse issues, dive into the root cause and seek to fix
  • Have experience working in a Procurement environment
  • Have a good understanding of sourcing activities
  • Be proactive in supporting Senior Buyers
  • Have good oral and written communication skills.
