Full Job Description
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Product Admin & Coordinator to join our team. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can keep everything running smoothly, is not afraid to push back when needed and you have a genuine interest in Fashion - this role will be exciting for you! What you'll be doing: Sample Coordination: Manage and organise product samples that come into the business everyday, ensuring timely delivery and proper handling. Sending out samples to suppliers, shoots. Unpacking samples, ensuring the teams are made aware of what comes in and what goes out Administration & Tracking: Set up and maintain trackers to monitor the progress of samples, fabric swatches, products, and deadlines. Communication: Be the key point of contact, liaising between design, buying, and other departments to ensure smooth workflows. Problem-Solving: Handle any issues that arise, ensuring things stay on track and deadlines are met. Project Management: Run the day-to-day operations of the product process, keeping all projects organised and on schedule. Team Collaboration: Work directly with all levels of the team, from design to buying, playing an integral role in product development.
We are seeking a highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail to join our team. As a strong communicator, you will be able to effectively liaise with multiple teams across the business, ensuring seamless collaboration. You will need to be assertive, managing competing priorities while staying calm under pressure, and comfortable pushing back when necessary to ensure the best outcome for the team and the brand. Passionate about working with product, you'll support all stages of the process, playing a key role in delivering successful outcomes.
