An exciting opportunity is available to be the Product Analyst/Product Specialist/Product Assistant etc for this newly created position with a dynamic startup business that's part of a larger tech solutions group based near to Abingdon in Oxfordshire. This is a genuine growth position that will provide a platform for someone looking to develop further in a Product related capacity. It's a varied role that requires a tech enthusiast who will enjoy delving into different areas such as product testing, providing user support, building processes, streamlining operations, client relations and generally bringing ideas to life. The role is equally suitable for someone starting out on their career journey or someone that's got commercial experience and is looking to push on., Become a Product Expert
- Gain a deep understanding of hardware and software products, including their features, functionality, and user experience
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure product quality and reliability, identifying and resolving issues swiftly
- Collaborate with the team to refine testing procedures and provide feedback for product improvements
- Use your expertise to provide high-quality, responsive support to our users, helping them get the most out of the products
- Gather and communicate user feedback to the team, playing a key role in shaping future product updates.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for understanding how things work. - A love for technology and a willingness to learn and master new tools.
- A desire to grow, adapt, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language.
- The ability to commute to the Abingdon/Oxford and Swindon area at least 2 days a week.

In return our client can offer a salary dependent on experience, realistically this will be in the range of £25,000 to £40,000.
