Every day is different in our team, but generally you will:

• Understand the business objectives and requirements across Group OTT, localised team Operations, Digital Help, My Account and Technology teams


• Work closely with business stakeholders globally to triage and verify new work requests for product capabilities in Digital Service


• Collaborate with the Digital Service team and other key partners to support on business process and technology optimisation


• Be a custodian and authority in our digital reporting suite, analysing trends and spotting anomalies.


• Support the team in updating a clear roadmap of work, planning a minimum of 6 months ahead in each product owner area


• Communicate plans, changes and updates to the wider stakeholder network with input from Digital Service team members and the wider team
  
  Fluency in Microsoft Office tools and other productivity related tools such as Jira and Confluence


• Confidence with data reporting suites such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics is critical.


• We're looking for someone who is passionate, has a great eye for spotting the improvements we could make for our customers and with a solid understanding of what makes a successful operation tick.


• Experience as a technology product analyst, ideally with a customer service, digital front end focus is preferred but not essential.


• Ability to deliver recommendations to improve processes and working practises, balancing cost and benefit when defining requirements and evaluating possible solutions.


• Proactive nature and self-motivation to get administrative tasks done and look for improvements


• Demonstrable ability to work cross functionally with a variety of different stakeholder across contact centre, finance, technology teams, and management teams


• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders and teams is essential.
