Full Job Description

  • Understand the end to end process of every transactional event from inception to Balance Sheet capture
  • Ensure the existing and new products feed the flow and there is no misleading of information
  • Understand unsustained balance and investigate until root cause, suggest new projects to mitigate/remediate BS gaps
  • Perform quality assessment once new deliveries are provided by either Tech team or another area at Ebury
  • Deal with KPIs in order to provide full content of every initiative (ie. measure impact in OKRs)
  • Explore with delivery teams different solution alternatives and find the balance between robustness and feasibility

    Knowledge of the Treasury function, including hedging management and market indicators to assess our book
  • Knowledge of the Accounting function at both operational (eg. Client wallet) and General Ledger scope
  • Understanding of the Cash Management function to support the most efficient use/location of the cash
  • Open to dig deeper into Treasury and Accounting matters
  • System agnostic (valuable experience with FIS Quantum)
  • Good communication skills.
  • - Manage stakeholder expectations - Monitor deliveries at different Ebury areas - Professional relationship management with external parties
