The Product Management Assistant isn't just a supporting role; they are a vital force within our team. By deeply understanding the needs of users-whether ostomates or healthcare professionals-they ensure every product goes beyond functionality to deliver real impact. Acting as the voice of the user, they ensure each decision is driven by empathy, purpose, and a focus on meaningful outcomes. The Product Management Assistant is a key driver of progress, playing an integral role in both new product launches and the ongoing success of our existing portfolio. With a focus on NPD (New Product Development) and CI (Continuous Improvement), they ensure that our products not only meet expectations but exceed them, continuously enhancing both new and existing offerings in the market. KEY ACTIVITIES Product Management
- Manage and update product codes within internal systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain and oversee product catalogues, keeping information on specifications, sizes, and prices up to date and precise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Marketing, to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Product Managers, including preparing documentation, coordinating tasks, and managing communications effectively.
- Provide assistance in preparing and completing tender-related documentation.
- Support activities aimed at streamlining and optimising our product portfolio. Product Development Support
- Provide support for projects progressing through the New Product Development (NPD) process, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to launch.
- Maintain and organise trial-related paperwork, ensuring accurate and accessible documentation of trial timeline, recruitment plan, and outcomes.
- Manage the administrative tasks associated with product registration, including compiling required data and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all technical and product-related information is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with launch objectives. Data Analysis & Market Research
- Monitor the market and track competitor launches to stay informed of evolving dynamics and ensure we remain agile in response to changes.
- Assist in collecting and analysing customer feedback to support our data-driven culture. Documentation and Training
- Assist in the development and maintenance of product documentation, artwork approvals, instructions for use, and marketing materials.
