Full Job Description

Manage the internal CMS system PIM, Icon, and IRIS, keeping content up to date and uploading new products to community contracts. Communicating with suppliers to retrieve product information, images, and user manuals. Working closely with the clinical team to make sure the information is clinically correct before making the products live on the IRIS site. This is a varied role with a fast workflow.,

  • Manage internal CMS systems Manage the PIM, Icon, and IRIS system, updating product information and images. Liaising with commissioners and completing their requests on specific contract products and categories.
  • Manage online tasks via the PIM system You will be required to manage and update each stage of the product set up through an online platform.
  • Contact and work with suppliers Collect relevant information from suppliers to update product descriptions, specifications, and images. This will require you to email or phone a supplier as well as follow up and chase suppliers that do not send what is needed.
  • Upload new contract data Woking closely with the clinical team, once a new contract has been won, you will update all the product information in the PIM and Icon systems onto the new contract ready for it to be made live on the IRIS site.
  • Rendering and formatting images images sent by the supplier will need to be formatted for the IRIS site, this will require a knowledge in adobe Photoshop.

    Knowledge of Adobe suite (Photoshop Illustrator)
  • Must be able to work as part of a team and be prepared to be flexible as deadlines and priorities sometimes change.
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Must have Excellent Excel (vlookups and pivots essential, simple macros useful) and Word skills
  • Ability to communicate confidently at all levels is essential
