As a Client Management Product Delivery Manager you will ensure that the our DWP CM products - e.g. OS Master, Software packaging, OS and application patching, are maintained in an operational condition, E2E, in line with KPIs / SLAs focusing on business continuity and User Satisfaction. IM is transforming and evolving but, we need even more talented people who can make a real difference to how we support, enable and deliver a diverse range of technological solutions and services to our customers. As part of our transformation the new operating model is oriented around multi-functional, agile teams working with the business and developing our digital capabilities. What does this mean for you? HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
  • Manage Client Management activities for the entire Airbus Defence & Space division in UK, in order to guarantee a high level of support and service in accordance with SLAs. You will have to supervise the activities carried out by our subcontractors in this area and provide metrics / KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Analyse KPIs, user feedback and the quality of services provided, to propose and implement improvement actions, and increase the level of user satisfaction, in accordance with ITIL best practices.
  • Ensure the entry into service of solutions and services in your field in collaboration with the project teams.
  • Guarantee the availability and security of the services of your domain.
  • Manage complaints and escalations in your domain.
  • Set up and manage multifunctional teams in order to solve problems or outages falling under your responsibilities.

    Experience in managing service providers
  • Experience in IT infrastructures and Unified Communications services, preferably on Cisco technology
  • Experience working in an international environment, communicating and collaborating with different profiles and stakeholders
