Full Job Description

The Cross-Meta Integrity (XI) Experiences PDM role is perfect for a mission-driven designer who is energized by rolling up their sleeves and digging into the complexity and high stakes nature of integrity at Meta. In this position, you'll help determine the experience and strategy of our company's integrity touchpoints for people and businesses-like reducing integrity friction through proactive guidance and helping users review, appeal, or report content or account violations. Your team's evolving design systems will define the experiences across the family of apps. This position has a full suite of (mostly LON-based) XFN peers and an associated leadership circle, and it operates as a traditional product group, leveraging experiments and data to make decisions. As XI sits within Central Products, this role works horizontally with designers across the company to ensure consistent but appropriately tailored experiences through the family of apps. The Integrity org is at a pivotal moment,
shifting from responding to regulation to getting in front of and proactively addressing the critical risk areas for our company. It's exciting, messy, and never finished-but it's fundamental to our mission of protecting people and businesses while giving people the power to build community and bring the world closer together.
