Product Designer

Visa is seeking a Product Designer for the Client Experience team within the larger Commercial Money Movement Services organization. This role is based in our London Paddington office and reports to the Director of UX and Product Management. This team oversees a diverse array of services and platforms including the MMS Portal, Data Platform, CX Center of Excellence, and Common Services., Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their and their client's needs

- Champion Client Experience and advocate for our clients

- Work closely with the product team to create UI mock ups ready for development

- Lead workshops for stakeholders across the business

- Provide timely and accurate status updates to stakeholders, host regular cross-organizational management briefings.

- Foster strong and lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels

- Ensure appropriate research is conducted where possible

This is a hybrid position, with an expectation to be in our London Paddington office for 2-3 set days a week or as business needs dictate.

This role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders from technology, product, legal, and compliance both within CMS/MMS and beyond. Ideal candidates will have design skills and excellent skills in communications, problem-solving, coordination, design skills, and workshop facilitation. A customer-first mindset is essential and experience working closely with clients, product managers and other designers is also a must., Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience OR Advanced Degree with 1+ years of experience

Preferred qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in customer facing products in the financial sector
