• Provide constructive feedback on design work, helping mentees refine their skills in areas such as user interface design, user experience, and interaction design.


• Reviewing interns' work, providing feedback, and ensuring it meets standards and project goals.


• Leading training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives to keep the interns current with industry trends and best practices.


• Helping interns set goals, identify growth opportunities, and create development plans.


• Help mentees navigate design challenges and complex projects by offering strategies for ideation, problem-solving, and decision-making.
