As a Product Developer for Beverages, you are confident articulating business needs and comfortable challenging both internal and external stakeholders. You thrive on relishing in the opportunity to be motivated by and excited by your role. The purpose of this position is to provide appropriate product development and partner with multiple business functions and external partners to bring this to life. You're not the type to shy away from challenges or back down from opportunities for growth and development. In this role, you will be part of a team who will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing project assignments to support the company's beverage initiatives and innovation pipeline. Working with a team to develop new beverage concepts and products is a key aspect of this role, contributing to the success of Starbucks.

• Relevant experience in either food/beverage retail or manufacturing. This experience should include, product development, Innovation and/or menu development.
• Experience working with international teams.
• Experience working with franchise partners ( internally we call them licensee's)
