  • We want to give our people a platform to use their voice. And actively listen and learn from what they have to say. This involves focusing on learning, development and progression across the business. Training our leaders, managers and teams about their rights under our equality, diversity and inclusion policy. We want to celebrate our diversity and the power it gives our team and our business. We know we're on a journey. And far from perfect. But we want to be a part of the solution to the problem. It might not be comfortable or straightforward. But if we weren't up for doing the hard work and breaking the mould, we wouldn't be Sweaty Betty. We are committed to working across our business and with our Internal Diversity & Inclusion Collective to be champions, allies and inclusive, always. Because when we say All, we mean it. About: Sweaty Betty delivers the perfect fusion of fitness, functionality and fashion -what we like to call "beautiful technical." We design product that goes beyond the gym or studio, an authentic London-cool outlook on style, and a culture that recognizes it's all good fun… we exercise to look and feel good (not necessarily to find enlightenment), and know that the best workouts are shared with good friends and are followed by a glass of wine or cake (or both).
  • Founded by our Creative Director, Tamara Hill-Norton, in 1998 in London's Notting Hill, Sweaty Betty now has 44 stores in the UK and 8 (and counting) in the US. We are poised for explosive growth in the US over the next five years and there has never been a more exciting time to join our team. Our people are our most important asset. Every employee is chosen for their passion and capabilities, for their desire to push boundaries, and of course for their love of living the Sweaty Betty lifestyle. Back To Results We burst onto the scene as the OGs of female-first activewear back in 1998. And since then, we've been on a global mission to empower women through fitness and beyond. By uniting a global community of women - our sisterhood - together we encourage one another to embrace our bodies and everything we can do with them. Our sisterhood treats every day like it's made for moving, and we're always pushing to do better too. Like using responsibly sourced materials, launching our first-ever FemTech collection - designed to keep you moving through menstruation, maternity and menopause - and supporting girls from all backgrounds to get into sport through our Sweaty Betty Foundation.
